UP-AIR™ — one brand, two distinct uses

UP-AIR™ is a UK Petroleum Co. Ltd AI brand with two connected but distinct applications. Inside UK Petroleum, it identifies the developing, human-governed internal AI and operating-intelligence foundation—the AI brain supporting research, analysis, coordination and decision preparation. On up-air.energy, UP-AIR™ refers specifically to the UK Petroleum AI Readiness Framework™ and related assessment services for energy companies. The internal AI brain is not the client assessment framework, and neither is a public chatbot or autonomous decision-maker.

UK Petroleum develops technology relationships selectively where they can strengthen research, analysis and practical energy-sector capability. This research and technology engagement supports the progressive development of UP-AIR™ as a more capable, context-aware and human-governed intelligence foundation.

We welcome approaches from universities active in energy research, research institutes, AI technology companies and R&D organisations where there may be a practical alignment around research, innovation, testing, knowledge exchange or future development.
